My name is Kim Colombini and I am the Owner of Weddings by the Sea. Weddings by the Sea is unique in that I offer stress-free, affordable and all inclusive packages as well as "Design Your Own Package" to all my couples. I am the Professional Photographer, I issue the Marriage License, I am the floral designer and I personally coordinate all setups on the beach as well as at the Courthouse and local parks. You show up for your wedding day looking beautiful (and handsome) ready to start your life together as husband and wife. I am also a Notary and able to issue Confidential Marriage Licenses. I am one of four Notaries in the County of Santa Barbara that can issue Confidential Marriage Licenses. This saves you from having to go together to the Recorder's office, complete an application on the computer and standing in line. I will issue your license, complete the application for certified copies for you and notarize and file all documents. The Recorder's Office will send you a Certified Copy (or more if you wish) directly to you. I am well versed on unique locations for your Romantic Santa Barbara Wedding Ceremony and I work closely with my couples to plan a beautiful ceremony. I can also recommend many wonderful places for your Wedding Dinner or Wedding Reception and am also a Day of Wedding Coordinator.
