Hello! We're Laura and Scott, owners and photographers of Wallflower Photography, a leading wedding photography studio in the Seattle-Tacoma area recently named Best Wedding Photographers in Washington State. We specialize in photojournalistic wedding photography, artistically capturing details and happenings both planned and unexpected. We blend this with unique and striking portraits of the bride and groom and their attendants. Then, after your wedding, we apply cutting-edge Photoshop techniques to enhance and stylize your images, and then create an amazingly beautiful custom-designed album to serve as your new family's first heirloom. Throughout the whole process, we'll make sure that while you're stressing out over all the other little details of your wedding, you'll always have complete confidence that your photography is in the best hands. Our work has consistently been recognized with many awards from the Wedding Photojounalist Association (WPJA) and its Artistic Guild, Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI), and Professional Photographers of America (PPA). In 2012, we received a 2012 Bride's Choice Award from WeddingWire, and were named Best in State by mywedding.com. We've been specializing in wedding photography since 2003, so we're very experienced, and we shoot with the best equipment available. We live in Tacoma's North Slope Historic District in a beautiful turn-of-the-century home that we've restored bit by bit since 2005. We're joined by our young sons Caleb (born May 2009), Isaac (born December 2010) and Levi (born March 2013) and our sweet and goofy golden retriever Bailey. In our free time, we love working on our home and yard, and trekking into the natural beauty of Western Washington. Laura also operates a maternity and baby portrait studio, Bump & Bambino, so once your wedding is over and you start to think about what's next for your family, we'll be here for you in a very different capacity!
