I have done literally thousands of wedding cakes, and yet am excited to see each and every one from conception to the moment it is in place at the reception. I am undeafeted in the Wisconsin Bakerâ??s Association Extreme Wedding cake challenge, and have won many other awards throughout the years. I love competing just in that it challenges me to go above my comfort zone, to try and learn new things, and truly perfect this art form. My flavor palette includes everything from over 30 traditional cake flavors, fillings, cheesecakes and cheesecake tortes. I have different icings, and something to fit everyoneâ??s palette.
