Hi, my name is Tania, and I love baking and creating beautiful cakes and desserts.
For the past ten years I have been creating wedding cakes.
All my cakes are made from scratch, with the freshest, finest ingredients available. Since I only bake upon special order, I can guarantee that your cake will get the individual attention to detail that it deserves.
While living in Australia I attended renown Patisserie school “Savour”, in Melbourne and trained under award winning chocolatiers Kirsten Tibbals and Paul Kennedy.
At the French Pastry School in Chicago I had the opportunity to train with celebrity chef Nicholas Lodge, fine-tuning my skills in Sugar-craft, creating lifelike flowers from Sugar-dough and Fondant, to give your cake that “je ne sais quoi”. Let your imagination come to life... sincerely, Tania
