Custom Confections is a full service bakery and confection shop. We offer custom cakes for your event and coordinate each cake for specifically for you and your taste and style. We offer over 60 different flavors, and work with butter cream, and fondant that you would happily eat by itself if taste so wonderful. Kimberly, your personal cake designer does gum paste and fondant sculpture. Tony is the in house candy and sugar artist. If you need one of a kind favors for your guest we can offer wrapped handmade candies. Want a unique dessert buffet; choice from fresh baked cookies, handmade candies, a tower of cupcakes stuffed with ice cream, individual cups of tiramisu or crème Brule! If you want something a bit less traditional we can bring the party to a whole new level with disco lights music and ... funnel cake sundaes prepared on site for you and your guests!
