Art & History Museums, Maitland offers five venues for rent: three at the Maitland Art Center and two at our Lake Lily campus. The Main Garden is surrounded by beauty and splendor, complete with reflection pond and fountain and can accommodate up to 150 seated or 250 cocktail style. Our Art Center Chapel & Courtyard offers a unique atmosphere of Mayan inspired sculptures and Christian iconography with a covered walkway joining the two and allows up to 46 in the Chapel and 100 in the Courtyard, which has an attached bride room. The Germaine Marvel Building is a spacious open-plan room with two areas that have separate entrances available separately or as a unit allowing up to 100 seated or 220 cocktail style, served by a set of restrooms and a food preparation area. On Lake Lily, the Cottage is a charming indoor space with lake view that holds 30 seated or 49 cocktail style, and includes a buffet area, kitchen, and restroom. Next to the Cottage, we offer the grounds of the Waterhouse Residence Museum for outdoor lake view space, which accommodates up to 100 on the lawn.
