Arizona Minister, Dr. Vern McNally has a rich background in Christian ministry. He began his pastoral ministry while still a student in Bible College. Following his graduation, he accepted a nationally appointed home missions pastorate of a Sioux Indian congregation in South Dakota.
His pastoral ministry took him to various cities across the nation, from Chicago to Seattle, Tulsa and Little Rock. His favorite pastorate was in Tulsa, Oklahoma where the congregation grew from 125 in average attendance to 650 in just three years!
Feeling the need for a change in ministry, he enrolled in the California Graduate School of Theology. He completed a Master’s Degree in Church Administration and a Ph.D. in Counseling.
At that time, Dr. McNally opened a private marriage and family counseling practice in Scottsdale, Arizona. He developed a counseling center with several counselors working with him. Dr. McNally’s heart for people and their problems brought him face to face with the reality of people who loved each other, but because of finances could not marry each other. Dr. McNally created a new opportunity for people in this situation to make a commitment to each other, a civil "In God's Eyes Only" ceremony, by Minister Vern McNally.
