A Sacramento Wedding, conceived by two aspiring artists Joan & Alex in 2007, was born in Northern Caliornia with the goal bringing a harmonious balance between wedding photography and cinematography. Alex Cristescu, main cinematographer has an extensive background in production work including experience in live television with a local news station where he works as a multi media journalist capturing breaking news as it happens. He has always enjoyed weddings and is always pushing the envelope incorporating new technologies into his productions. Every wedding he works on is a work of art in its own, his videos are more like a cinematic film, telling the story of your big day through beautifully captured images which are meticulously edited in a film like arrangement. Joan Cristescu, main photographer has been a visual artist from a very young age. She has studied several disciplines of art receiving her degree in fine arts. She is a master of composition. Having won numerous awards including best design at Cal Poly, she is highly skilled in capturing images that resonate human emotion, capturing the essence of your special day. Every image she takes is a well thought out work of art.
