Creative Forté Events is a full-service wedding planning and event management company specializing in Month-to Day Of wedding planning, design, and execution. Our brides enjoy unlimited access to a dedicated wedding professional to manage the myriad details of wedding day. Diversity is a priority and our client list includes multicultural, Asian, Hispanic, Greek, African-American, and Nigerian inspired events just to name a few.
The CREATIVE FORTÉ team consists of a wedding planner, a stationer, an ordained minister, and event staff.
We offer flexible and convenient payment schedules to accommodate any budget and lifestyle, and are currently booking in advance of 6 months. GIVE US A CALL TODAY! Wedding Planning & Design - $1200.00 and up • 90 min. initial consultation and design meeting - bring your signed vendor contracts, photo clippings, design ideas/sketches, fabric swatches, etc. so we can formulate a design & decor and overall wedding planning strategy • vendor confirmations and/or referrals- based on signed vendor contracts provided at initial consultation meeting • ceremony and reception site visit(s) • additional 1 hour logistics meeting • 90 min. wedding rehearsal orchestration • wedding timeline - a detailed hourly itinerary of your wedding day starting from hair/make-up to pre-wedding photos to bouquet toss to last dance and everything in between • on-site coordination of ceremony – 2 or more staff members will ensure that everyone from mother-of-the-bride to the bride herself gets down the aisle without a hitch and ON SCHEDULE! • on-site coordination of reception set-up and design – 2 or more staff members will ensure that your decor & design outline (from initial consultation) is followed through to your specification (i.e., lighting, tablescapes, floral, food stations, DJ/entertainment placement, etc.) • arranging and displaying of programs, menu cards, place cards, and favors as necessary • orchestration of reception – 2 or more staff members will ensure the wedding timeline is followed and reception flows smoothly (i.e., announcing wedding party, bouquet toss/ garter ceremony, cake cutting, first dance & last dance (bride & groom, bride/father, groom/mother); attending to guest relations as necessary, acting as a vendor and venue staff liaison, etc.) • packing of wedding presents • unlimited email communication
Wedding Day Execution - $600 • 90 min. wedding rehearsal direction • on-site coordination of ceremony and reception – 2 or more staff members will ensure that the wedding timeline is followed and the reception flows smoothly seeing to all the details of the day from set-up to breakdown • arranging and displaying of programs, menu cards, place cards, and favors as necessary • packing of wedding presents Hostess Service - $250 • Greet and receive guests • Direct guests • Distribute programs
• Serve wedding cake • Answer guest questions Additionals: • Announcements • Save the Date cards • Programs • Escort Cards • Thank you cards/notes • Seating chart • Welcome bags or assembly
