We believe in connecting with clients. Chef Thomas Vest--owner and founder is very hands on. He is a professionally trained chef whose experience spans many types of cuisines ranging from American to European; from Caribbean to Southern and anything in between. With his special blend of spices coupled with his flare for dramatic presentation, he provides clients with cuisine which will marvel their guests--all of this done at reasonable costs. When he places his name on an event, he desires that excellence is demonstrated in our food, service and presentation. He is personally involved with each wedding .
