entertainment and clean-up You can relax, enjoy your guests, the food, and a memorable event. Considering environmental responsibility at every step of the planning process, using local, organic, recycled, biodegradable, reusable or compost-able materials wherever possible to make
the event as low-waste as possible from start to finish without ever compromising the elegance or quality of the production. We'll discuss all your ideas at length, then design a plan with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll make it all happen, keeping you updated regularly, of course. You can just sit back and sample cake, taste champagne, and smell the roses. Coordination of additional wedding related events (Engagement Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Wedding Showers, Morning After Brunches, etc) is also available Our goal at Beacon Events is to give you the wedding you've always dreamed of... BeckenRidge Vineyard was specifically designed for weddings, receptions, and special occasions. The panoramic view of the Willamette Valley and the Cascades provides the perfect backdrop for your special day all year-round. Spring, summer, or early fall, BeckenRidge harmoniously combines the outdoor ceremony with the indoor reception. Indoor seating accommodates up to 120 guests at tables, or expand your seating to the adjoining patios for a total of 250 guests. Walk down a stone path for your ceremony on the lawn that touches the vineyard and spaciously accommodates 250 guests. If you would like your ceremony to be covered, you may either use the covered patio for 110 guests or rent a tent for the lawn. For winter and late fall, cozy up to the warmth of the stone fireplace for your reception or ceremony with up to 120 guests. If you prefer the panoramic view of the Willamette Valley and Cascades as the backdrop to your ceremony, you may use the covered patio which seats up to 110 guests (patio heaters available for rent), then bring your guests inside for the reception. With 12 acres of vineyard wrapping itself around you and your guests, you can't escape the romance. The views of the vineyard, valley, and Cascades never stop, whether you are on the patios, inside, or on the lawn. Your photos will create beautiful memories, taken in the vineyard and the many other picturesque locations on the property. Decorating is made easy be the casual elegance of BeckenRidge, which includes a stone fireplace, grand piano, and a hardwood floor. The lawn area is beautifully landscaped and includes a stone platform with a custom handcrafted arbor, which is perfect for your ceremony.

Chandeliers, handcrafted stained-glass windows and a beautiful spindle staircase are just a few of the amazing elements that make the Ballroom at Bella Via a stunning choice for your wedding reception or indoor ceremony. Only steps above the Ballroom you will find our Upper Level Bar with its modern pendant lighting, built-in bar, original fir floors and birds-eye view of the Ballroom below. Often featuring our popular bistro tables, this Upper Level bar is the perfect location for food and beverage service. Tucked behind the bar you will find our beautiful and well-appointed Bridal Suite and private Bridal Bathroom. Conveniently located just off of our elevated dance floor is the Groomâ??s Room which has its own private entrance and comfortable sitting area. Both the Bridal Suite and Groomâ??s Room were created to lend both privacy and comfort to the wedding party. In warmer months our lush Outdoor Patio is the ideal location for an outdoor ceremony or reception. This custom designed patio is beautifully landscaped with plentiful greenery and seasonal flowers in a neutral palette. It is highlighted by an amazing Oak tree that provides shade during those warmer summer months. During the winter or cooler months, the patio is available and able to accommodate large tents up to 20x40. These can be rented for an additional fee. Boutique in size with an intimate feel, Bella Via only books one event per day. We include amazing in-house coordination services in all of our wedding packages. Your coordinator will help throughout the planning process and be there the day of your wedding to help make your wedding run smoothly and let you and your family enjoy this special day.
