Well it got its name when the owner (Brandon Stray) went to a party and noticed that something was missing. Brandon was surprised that the party was missing the important music and entertainment element at the event. The rest, as they say, â??is history.â? He began playing music and entertaining at family and neighborhood events. Family and friends that attended were impressed!! In April of 2006 at the age of 18 he bought professional equipment from All About Karaoke, and started to DJ as DJ Stray!! DJ Stray performed at events such as big block parties, backyard clambakes and birthday parties. DJ Stray even performed at some charity events. DJ Stray continually improved based on not only his own ideas, but by suggestions received from his clients. He began to add on to his business and think of new ways to advance himself. He then went to a party hosted by another DJ, and the DJ was up on the stage putting himself in the spotlight and making the party all about him, which really annoyed DJ Stray. Hence, the birth of the idea for the business name, â??All About You Entertainment!!â? On July 7, 2007, DJ Brandon Stray opened All About You Entertainment!! Because of his success, DJ Stray was able to grow his dream by adding lights and effects to his clientâ??s events. Re-investing his earnings continues to help him grow his business. DJ Stray is now performing as DJ at graduation parties, birthday parties, and engagement parties!! The next year he started to add other businesses to All About You Entertainment to give the client more options to have at their parties. In the winter of 2008, he started to MC big events like conventions and big charity events! This spring DJ Stray takes it to the next level and he is now offering DJ services to weddings and corporate parties! Now he has clients all over the northeastern part of Ohio. All About You Entertainment is growing by leaps and bounds. He DJâ??s for 6 Giant Eagles for various events, the Great Lakes Mall, and some of the most meaningful charity events in the area. We now have four employees, and over 10 different businesses. For example, DJ Stray, Stray Planning, Lan2UNow, All About Karaoke, and Night Moves Limo, just to name a few!!! All About You Entertainment can do so much for your party because, we put the spotlight on you where it belongs. Her experience runs from weddings to charity events and fundraisers to corporate events. Detail oriented, Brandi will make sure that every detail is handled at your event. Prior to starting her own event management company, Brandi was Public Programs Manager at Stan Hywet Hall and Gardens where she coordinated events inluding wine tastings, fund raisers, and the Father's Day Car Show, an event with over 5000 attendees. Brandi was also the Wedding Coordinator for an off-site catering company as well as the Catering Director for the Akron City Club. As you can see, Brandi Hamerstone is one of the few coordinators whose entire background is dedicated to wedding and event planning. She is a proud resident of Chagrin Falls, and is active in many local philanthropic and educational groups and causes.
