About Affair 2 Remember The owner of Affair 2 Remember DJ's, Darryl "Jake" Jacobsen has been in the entertainment business for close to 25 years. He is also the President of the New Jersey Disc Jockey Network, an association that he has helped to become one of the most respected in the industry. He was recently given a Distinguished Leadership Award in recognition of his devoted service to the NJDJN. In addtion, he belongs to the American Disc Jockey Association and the National Association of Mobile Entertainers. He has presented seminars to other DJ's to help them with their business goals. He and his staff recently won Best Dance of the Year 2009 at the International DJ Times Expo in Atlantic City, NJ where he was also awarded runner up DJ of the Year. The entertainment staff at Affair 2 Remember is just as talented as its owner. They have all participated and taught at various DJ seminars and are constantly educating themselves at various DJ Conferences and expos. Tell Me About My Wedding The first thing you will notice is our precise attention to detail. You will be amazed at how easily your wedding transitions from one special moment to the next. Everything is seemless. No awkward pauses, no deer-in-the-headlights looks. We know what's going on at all times and are prepared to deal with all contingencies. Using our online planning tools, forms and personal consultation, we will cover all the grey areas with you and incorporate as much of your personality into your wedding as possible so that you feel like your wedding is truly yours. No cookie cutters here. No repetitive schpiel where you feel like it's been done a million times before. Your dance floor will be packed all night. Your guests will have the time of their lives and your wedding will be a one-of-a-kind masterpiece that will be yours to cherish for all time. Packages and Enhancements We love to help our couples have exactly what they want on their special day. We will work with you to put together a personalized entertainment package so everything will be just right. We can do beautiful montages on our 52" LCD screens, architectural ligting to make the room feel grand, video simulcasting, zap photography, live cocktail hour (guitar/piano/vocalist) and reception musicians (percussionists), dazzling intelligent light shows, and much, much more. You can customize your package with as many or as little of these options as you like to help us create your unique and elegant event. Our sound is state-of-the-art. It'll be loud enough to dance to, but not so loud that your older guests are running for the exits. Really, when we're done, everything will be perfect!
