Brides have made having a Hansen’s Cake for their wedding a family tradition. Making your dreams a reality for seven generations, Hansen’s Cakes specializes in providing you with not only the most delicious cake available, but with the most beautiful as well. Our artists take pride in their ability to create perfect wedding cakes; from intricate traditional designs to the hippest themed cake. With three showrooms that feature thousands of photographs for you to peruse alongside our model cakes in the gallery, we are happy to book a private tasting appointment with a free personal design consultation.
Our "mantra": NOT FONDANT, NOT FONDANT! We appreciate the beauty that comes with the use of fondant, and are proud to be able to provide that same smooth finish with our expert application of real butter creme frosting. Our skill with butter creme is legendary in the industry, and the taste, magnificent. Forget fondant. All of our cakes are certified Kosher (dairy) and contain no milk, so they are able to be on display without the need of refridgeration during your event. We are thrilled to now offer a gluten-free option (also Kosher) for an additional fee. Owner Patrick Hansen is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking. He is the only baker in Southern California with FDA, City, County and State Approval. Hansen’s Cakes has taken our legendary recipes and translated them to perfect cakes in the miniature. We are pleased to offer our delicious layers for the cupcake afficionado. Presented in three sizes, our cupcakes are not only moist and delicious, they are visually stunning accents to your event. Our designers offer a limitless variety of decor options to coordinate with your theme. We can even put individual portraits of the bride and groom on each cuppy!

All the glamor and glory of old Hollywood, now available for your wedding or other private event. The Club was built in 1924 as a social and athletic club for the denizens of Hollywood. Founders and members during the golden years of Hollywood include many of the biggest names in Hollywood history: Johnny Weissmuller, Errol Flynn, Charlie Chaplin, Rudolph Valentino, Mae West, Douglas Fairbanks Sr., Mary Pickford, Buster Crabbe, Cecil B de Mille, Cornel Wilde, Humphrey Bogart, Clark Gable, Jean Harlow, John Wayne, Walt Disney, John Ford, Howard Hughes, Joan Crawford, and Walt Disney. The architecture of the space is based on the Art Nouveau period, and the architect drew freely on various Italinate styles see in the beautiful Calla del' Arco (room of arches) and Stellarium. The Club has several rooms that can accomodate weddings up to 400-600 people. We also have a bridal dressing room and game room upstairs. Talk to us about catering, there are several options. Valet parking available and suggested, and while this is Hollywood, there is off-street parking in the area.

Your wedding day is one of the most important days in your life. Everything must be perfect and go as according to plan. Weddings can have all different types of themes and settings but one thing never changes. A wedding always has a photographer. Having images that can bring back those feelings you had that one day. To show your children and grandchildren and tell them how you first met is priceless.I have been shooting events since I was 15 years old. Photographing a wedding or an event doesn’t just take knowledge of photography it takes a bond between the photographer and the subject. The couple must invite me in to their life and act as if I wasn’t there. My style reflects more of a candid perspective even if some shots are set up. I let my clients interact with each other without trying to pose them.I don’t have any premade packages because I think every event is different. People have different budgets as well as needs from me. I can tell you what I offer and what I can do for you to make your day as special as it can be. Here are a few things I can do:Engagement photos, pre-ceremony photos (makeup, hair, etc), ceremony and reception photos, post reception photos (walking on the beach, through the town, etc)I have a full studio and lights that can be set up at any location. I can add on extra photographers and assistants if needed. I shoot all digital and proofs are put up on my website on a private link. You then select sizes and effects that will be printed and/or put into a custom wedding book.
