Your wedding is the most important day of your life. Brides (and grooms!) spend countless hours, get a ton of headaches and go through tons of frustrating moments just so they can have everything the ever dream of on their wedding day. Here is when hiring a wedding planner will greatly beneift you: 1. Budget Management- Money is the biggest stress factor in planning a wedding. By working with me, we will sit down in your initial consultation and talk about your budget. We will discuss your biggest concerns budget wise and talk about what you consider to be the most important aspect of your wedding and go all the way down to the list of "wants but can live withouts"! 2. Setting your Priorities- This goes along with budgeting. Once you pick your top priorities in your wedding, vendor selection becomes incredibly easy. You absolutely have to have a buffet style dinner? Awesome! Don't really care about dessert options but you have to have a "to die for" cake? No problem! Once we sit down and discuss what you want/don't really care for it will help us in picking your vendors and having them secure your wedding date! 3. Mediator- Take it from me, I've been the Bride and I've been in those awful moments when you really want something special in your wedding but mom and dad say no, or when Aunt Sally RSVP's 2 adults but last minute wants to bring cousin Fred as well... been there! it's an awkward situation when having to tell your loved ones your true feelings and that is where I can step in and help without getting feelings hurt! 4. Time Management- You're venue says you have the space from 1:00pm and must be done by 5:00pm or there will be an extra charge of 200 bucks an hour?!? Your initial thought is "YIKES!" On your wedding day it's SO easy to get wrapped up in the excitement and to let time slip right away. I've also seen the situations arise where people get so wrapped up in their day to day activities that they forget (if that's even possible!) that their wedding day is only 2 months away and they don't have a photographer yet! Whoops! My job is to avoid all "whoops" moments! I create month by month check lists as well as week by week for the month before you wedding. Then, for your rehearsal day and wedding day I break it down hour by hour and provide everyone in the wedding party a copy. I make sure to be in communication with the Bride and Groom to let them know : "In ten minutes we will be getting ready to cut the cake" or "5 minutes until the bridal party is announced, let's get all lined up!"... always staying ahead of schedule allows for all guests and bridal party to really enjoy their day and not have to worry about what will happen next! **Packages** We offer 3 different packages to meet every Bride's needs! They are: Tie The Knot $500 When all there is left to do is 'tie the knot'! This package is for the Bride and Groom that have already planned the majority of their wedding and are looking for that extra guidance and organization for their rehearsal and wedding day. It includes: * Initial consultation with Bride and groom to obtain all vendor information one month prior to wedding date. * Unlimited email and phone communication with Bride and Groom one month prior to wedding date * Coordination with vendors on a weekly basis * Creation of rehearsal and wedding day timeline * Attendance at rehearsal * Wedding day time management and organization * Assistance with personal items and gift loading in designated vehicles Forever Yours $1000 For those couples that want to work side by side and want the extra guidance and oragnization in every aspect of their wedding planning from the time of engagement through the wedding day! This package includes: * Unlimited email and phone communication * Month by month timeline creation * Day by day week of wedding timeline creation * Extreme detail creation of rehearsal and wedding day timeline * Budget management * Vendor recommendations * Invitations assistance with putting together, mailing and keeping track of RSVPs * One pre-planning meeting per month * Two pre-planning meetings the month prior to your wedding. * Building of wedding portfolio which can include: fabric swatches, photos, inspiration sketches, detailed notes, copies of contracts, must have lists for vendors, etc. * Manage and mail thank you cards * Day of wedding: provide cues for Bridal Party, work with Bridal Party and vendors to assure that wedding stays on time. Eternity $1.500 This package is for the Bride and Groom that is very short on time or doesn't want to have to deal with all the little details that may go into planning a wedding OR for the Bride and Groom that simply want the added extras!
