We are the main contact for all of your vendors and take the pressure off of you for scheduling meetings, asking those all important questions and negotiating the specifics of your contracts, allowing you to simply make your final selections, leaving the details of execution to us. Your personal consultant team will also attend to your every need on your wedding day, making sure all the carefully made plans are flawless. Luxe Coordination, hands-on guidance from a professional consultant, beginning with a budget consultation, followed by a customized planning timeline for you to follow, with a monthly check-in email detailing your â??to doâ??sâ? for that month, budget & style specific vendor recommendations, tips & tricks to help with interviewing vendors, and your consultant will be available to answer any questions that come up during your planning. This way, you still experience the whole process, with a expert at the ready to guide you every step of the way. The Finishing Touch, day of coordination at its best. We will contact you 2-3 months prior to your wedding to go over all the fabulous plans youâ??ve made, collecting copies of your contracts, asking about the details and advising on the flow of the day. Then, we will take that information and create a comprehensive timeline, especially for your wedding day. Our entertainment philosophy is to MC when appropriate - we do not believe in using the microphone to badger your family & guests onto the dance floor. Quite often, family & friends use wedding receptions to "catch up" with one another. We always tell our clients, "Watch the door, not the floor". We believe that a bride & groom should have TOTAL input as to the music they want played for their reception. From the minute their guests walk in, they should hear the music & say "oh, that HAS to be XXXX's reception.". You & your fiance are going to have an idea of what your family & friends will enjoy dancing to better than we will. Our job is timing & reading the crowd. Fees for our services start at $375.00 for 4 hours. We are able to keep our fees lower because we do not have demos, videos, brochures or presentation packets.
