After a part-time job as a wedding coordinator along with the wonderful experience of planning her own nuptials, Erin decided to take her enthusiasm for planning and turn it into a full-time business. Although Pat Crowe professionally picked up a camera in the 1980â??s, his education really began helping his father on assignments. Early on Pat learned much of what makes a great image. One of the most important aspects in becoming a great photographer is the development of your eye. â??Itâ??s your eye that takes the longest amount of time to developâ?, Pat says. Quality lighting, pose, and capturing the moment are all essential elements of a great photograph. Pat graduated from on of the best schools in photography, the Rochester Institute of Technology in 1990 earning a BFA in photography and has a masters degree in photography from another highly regarded school in the field, the Savannah College of Art & Design. Besides weddings Pat has honed his skills doing many assignments for various editorial, corporate and advertising clients such as the Associated Press, Bloomberg News, The Baltimore Sun, the Wilmington, DE News Journal, the Boston Globe and the Wall Street Journal. Heâ??s been published in American Photographer, Delaware Today, Philadelphia Magazine and has attended the prestigious Eddie Adams Workshop learning from some of the greatest photographers today. In 2004 he participated in the national project America 24/7. Corporate and advertising clients include Saturn, DuPont Pharmaceuticals, NBC Universal, Astra Zeneca, Beebe Medical Center, Atlantic General, Dean Design, Walker Advertising, Delaware Riverfront Corporation and many others. For Pat photographing weddings was a natural progression in his career. Capturing the moment, the emotion, the details unobtrusively is his focus. Nassau Valley Vineyards is the first and only award winning winery in the state of Delaware. Founded in 1987, our vineyards were the first commercial wine vineyards to exist in the â??Firstâ? state. Peg Raley and her father, Bob Raley founded the vineyards on a family farm site just outside of historic Lewes, Delaware. Our vineyards are comprised of Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. We use other regionally grown fruit to produce the 14 wines in our product line. We purchase grapes and fruit from growers on the eastern shore and supplement with other regionally grown fruit.
