Fashion, and Cosmetic has always been my passion every since I was a little girl. Starting this small makeup business has fulfilled my dream of making a girl look beautiful. Lastly, Uyen is certified beauty pageants makeup and hair styling by Ethel Reddy Board of Cosmetology committee. She has worked with many photographers in Sacramento Area, worked with Miss Vietnam Sacramento and Miss Chinatown SF beauty pageants, worked with runway models, doing fashion shows both in Sacramento and Bay area.
