BIG BIG NEWS AT THE SUMMIT! We are completing a major renovation end of 2012/early 2013 and are open for business with our new look. Thus far, we have painted and recarpeted throughout, and we have chairs, ceiling tiles, signs all on order. Should be done shortly. It looks fabulous, entirely new and very contemporary. By law, all liquor consumed in our facility must be provided by us, and we must purchase it from authorized distributors. We will not serve anyone under the age of 21, and anyone appearing to be under the age of 30 will be asked for identification. Also, the bar will close one half hour before the end of an event. Host Bar Service In a Host Bar, you purchase the alcohol from us, and we serve it to your guests free of charge. Cash Bar Service At a Cash Bar, your guests purchase their drinks directly from our bartender. The host pays nothing. Combined Host/Cash Bar There are several ways of combining a Host and a Cash bar. For instance, you may provide your guests with beer and wine on a host basis, and they could purchase any other type of drink from the bartender.
