One of the first questions most couples ask is "Why do I need to hire a wedding planner or designer? We know what we want and how to do it." Our answer is simply this. At a time when you are supposed to be the center of attention, who wants to worry about the details that make an event come together. Details and questions like - When do we start the ceremony? What is the correct wording to put on our invitations? Did the caterer bring the right food? Did the florist remember that you can't stand baby carnations? Who do we call when the cake collapses? Did you remember to bring the rings? marriage license? All of these questions and details are things that we as your wedding planner and designer are able to answer and handle, with ease. We strive to make sure that if anything does go wrong, you never know it. We offer as little or as much advice, design and coordination as you need. Day of Coordination packages include obtaining and reviewing master time line of wedding day events, coordinating rehearsal, assisting with final ceremony and reception details, monitoring time and guest arrival to determine when to start ceremony and timing and orchestrating the Grand Entrance. Month of Coordination packages include creating and modifying a detailed wedding day schedule, performing vendor confirmations, attending rehearsal dinner to coordinate events as requested and coordinating with the photographer to ensure that all requested special photographs are taken. Gold packages include creating a wedding budget, providing vendor referrals and assisting with theme development, décor and event design. Platinum packages include reviewing of vendor and venue contracts, coordinating guest list and RSVP tracking and performing general errands and item pickup. Diamond packages include designing, planning and coordinating all pre-wedding parties, attending all vendor meetings, creating welcome baskets for out of town guests and assisting bride and groom in all requested preparations. Hourly consultation rates and a la carte services are available. We have a variety of packages available, but we are also happy to customize to fit your needs and budget. Candy Buffets and other treat bars are a fun way to allow your guests to participate in your event. Acting like kids in candy stores, the possibilities seem endless as they pick and choose their favorite candies to take home with them. Candy Buffets are also a beautiful addition to the décor of your special event.
