Welcome to SW Floral Design at Accolades Florist! As we begin our 16th year in the floral industry, we hope to assist you while making your dream wedding a reality. SW Floral Design's owner, Susan Wenger, will give you the individual attention every bride deserves. Bring your ideas and feel the comfort of knowing those ideas will be valued as we create your perfect day. We would be delighted to meet with you and provide you with written custom plans, along with pricing suggestions for your wedding. We offer clients creative, high-end and custom floral designs at an affordable price, along with more personalized service. Consultations are by appointment only. Appointments are available Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Typically we do not accept consultations Friday-Saturday, so that our primary focus and attention can be spent creating weddings and special events on the weekends. We are closed on Sundays. During off peak season, after hour and Saturday appointments are available. Make yourself comfortable and look over our portfolios of our past weddings and events. Images and more information about us can be found on our website www.swfloraldesign.com. Following our appointment, you will receive a written estimate via email within 48 hours. To secure your event on our calendar, we require 20% of your proposal estimate or a minimum of $300 non-refundable deposit, whichever is greater. There is an additional 30% of your total invoice due 60 days prior to the event, which also becomes non-refundable at that time. The balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your event at which point we will place your floral order with our growers. We accept all major credit cards.
