I’m an all around nice guy who occasionally wears a page boy hat because I think it makes me look more artsy. I believe whole heartedly in the power of video and storytelling. Consider this, if a picture is worth a thousand words and I am filming at 60 frames per second, and then add a little slow motion – it means I am hypothetically capturing over 100,000 words per second. That is an extremely nerdy way of saying, the moments we capture at weddings are moving, filled with passion and inspire me on a daily basis. I’ve been blessed to marry an incredible woman and in that process, learned even more about how to cater to a couples needs for their big day. I treat every wedding as if it were my own, with a close attention to capturing all the details that make a wedding day the special event that it is. It is very important to me that not only the couple be thrilled with their final product, but that they feel comfortable and confident about their wedding videography choice from the first meeting to the day they enjoy their finalized DVD. When we send our finalized DVD masterpieces to our couples, there is nothing better than the phone call, email or letter we get back telling us about not only how much they enjoyed reliving their day – but often, how they were able to share it with someone they love deeply who could not attend. I am continually touched by the stories of grandparents and family overseas getting a chance to use our work as a way of experiencing the day. As my father would say, “It’s a beautiful thing.”
