Our company specializes in helping you create the wedding of your dreams. From selecting your vendors such as photographers, and caterers. From the rehearsal to the reception, to the brunch, Fairytale Weddings & Events can help you every step of the way. Our detail oriented staff can make sure that your engagement through the honeymoon, is thoroughly enjoyed! OUR SERVICES: Establishing spending parameters & creating your wedding budget
Assisting with choosing wedding colors and style.
Assisting with selection of wedding professionals, contract negotiating and hiring.
Assisting with save the date letter and with hotel room block reservations.
Organizing contracts & tracking payments.
Designing ceremony including positioning of wedding party, organizing ushers, and selecting music.
Preparing a written script/schedule of wedding and reception.
Confirming details with the hired wedding professionals and providing each with a customized version of the script.
Organizing and running the rehearsal for the bridal party, noting such things as time scheduling and specific jobs.
Overseeing the prompt start to the ceremony including providing officiant with everything he/she needs.
Use of wedding day emergency kit.
Attending Ceremony and Reception to assist with dressing, directing bridal party down the aisle, coordinating timing, reception and implementing wedding day script.
Allowing Bride, Groom, and their families to relax and enjoy their special day.
