Chantilly Cakes is a totally scratch bakery using only the finest ingrediants. We formulated our own recipes and have been servicing the Tampa Bay Area for over 20 years. We pride ourselves in being able to take the vision you have for your perfect wedding cake and make it a reality. Chantilly Cakes uses buttercream icing on all our cakes. Our unique recipe allows us to give you the smooth clean look of fondant with the rich creamy taste of buttercream. We offer complimentary consultations/tastings. Bring your family and friends, we can accomodate up to 6 guests at a time. We make our royal icing sugar flowers to your specifications. We also offer gumpaste flowers. Our beach themed cakes are done with real shells, white chocolate, or sugar shells. We do all consultations by appointment so please give us a call. Chantilly Cakes also offers a full line of cakes and desserts for any occasion. We are also well known for our "Made from Scratch New York Style Cheesecake" Using only the freshest ingrediants, we slow bake our cheesecakes in a 6 hour waterbath, giving you a creamy dessert you won't soon forget.
