Your wedding day should be as special as you are to your family and friends. Celebrate the day with a great location and food that mirrors your taste. We can provide you with sample menus where you choose what you would like to delight your guests. We can also assist you in the design of your own menu. Have an item you love to eat. Incorporate it into your menu. Have a family recipe that everyone enjoys. Executive Chef Shane Sheaffer can prepare the recipe to bring back those wonderful memories and create new deliciously, delightful ones. We have sample hors d'eurve menu that shows the variety and creativity that only Chef Shane and his staff can provide. We also have sample buffet and plated dinner menus. Tastings are strongly encouraged. It is a wonderful moment when you decide on a menu but how will it taste? We provide a tasting of your proposed menu or if you need a tasting to build a menu, we can do that as well. The tasting is incorporated to the cost of your event. Now you have a menu you can present to your guests with delicious confidence. We can also provide all tableware, linen, bar, and so on. You can discuss these and other options with our experienced event coordinators. They can assist you in creating an event to remember. We can incorporate all of the weddings events from the engagement party, bridal shower, bachelor/bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, day of breakfast/light lunch, and the reception. We have found that using the same caterer can decrease the stress of their event.
