Bridal Veils are made to order to accomodate the Bride's wishes for the perfect veil. Optional edgings include rolled edge, satin ribbon, 1 mm cord, 2 mm cord. 100% English Silk Tulle available for special heirloom veils. Headpieces and Hairpins designed with beautiful millinery flowers, feathers, beaded trims, Freshwater Pearls, Swarovski Crystal, Gemstones, and Beachglass. Every veil is hand crafted in my studio per order, and packaged with great care. I send sample tulle so that you can test your iron when touching up the pressing before the wedding. Free color samples of the tulle colors : White, Silk White, Diamond White, Classic Candlelight Ivory are availble with satin cord or ribbon so that you can choose the best match for your wedding gown. Damselfly Studio also designs veils in two types of silk tulle, "Whisper", a natural colored silk with a crisp hand and body, and "Gossamer" a soft natural tulle that drapes close to the body with extreme delicasy. She formerly designed wedding gowns and formal wear in a home studio for about 10 years before entering the world of retail bridal as a salon manager and buyer. Elizabeth saw that her customers were dissatisified with the "throw away" and "wear once" plastic pearl jewelry with a charm that was being sold at the time. Brides wanted jewelry that was of better quality, an affordable price, and that could be worn again and again. Thus, the jewelry line of Damselfly Studio was born to coordinate with the successful line of Freshwater Pearl and Swarovski Crystal headpieces.
