Black Tie Carriage Service is currently the only existing business of its kind in the Racine/Kenosha, Wisconsin area. We offer horse and carriage services at the location of your choice. We have a gorgeous black Clydesdale and a white with burgundy interior Vis-a-Vis that can seat up to 6 passengers. All rentals come with a formally attired driver and footman.
