Our goal is to produce beautiful, elegant experiences and events, created within a framework of sustainable practices and social responsibility ~ both environmentally sensitive and beautiful.

Maintaining an atmosphere of excitement
~ carefree & stress free ~regardless of size or budget we can introduce you to interesting venues,
create ambiance & atmosphere, provide professional catering choices, develop afabulous menu, monitor set-up, timing,
entertainment and clean-up You can relax, enjoy your guests, the food, and a memorable event. Considering environmental responsibility at every step of the planning process, using local, organic, recycled, biodegradable, reusable or compost-able materials wherever possible to make
the event as low-waste as possible from start to finish without ever compromising the elegance or quality of the production. We'll discuss all your ideas at length, then design a plan with a variety of options for you to consider. When you give us the go-ahead, we'll make it all happen, keeping you updated regularly, of course. You can just sit back and sample cake, taste champagne, and smell the roses. Coordination of additional wedding related events (Engagement Parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties, Wedding Showers, Morning After Brunches, etc) is also available Our goal at Beacon Events is to give you the wedding you've always dreamed of...
