We have three buildings and 30 acres that you can use to create your wedding. Our 1820's Civil War barn can seat 140 guests. The barn has bathrooms and a luxury guest room/dressing room for the bridal party. Our package includes tables, chairs, and tablecloths as well as a two night stay in our barn guestroom. Our lawns and gardens are available for outdoor ceremonies. We also have a private oak grove for ceremonies. The bed and breakfast farmhouse has a dining room that can accommodate 40 guests for smaller ceremonies. We have 10 guest rooms, suites, and cottage for your out-of-town guests. Our Swan Cottage is a private separate house that we have set up as a honeymoon cottage with two Jacuzzi's, massage chairs, and a full kitchen, dining room, and living room. Our wedding parties can rent any or all of our three buildings. The barn and gardens are perfect for larger events between April and October. In the colder seasons, we host smaller indoor weddings. We are very flexible and love to host unique events. Mixed gender and same gender ceremonies are both welcome. We are child and pet friendly. Your dog can be part of your ceremony. We allow outdoor fires both as part of the ceremony and reception.
