With sleeping accommodations for up to 23 and the ability to host weddings as large as 350, this is the perfect venue for your destination wedding. We allow outside vendors of your choosing and allow outside alcohol. We are just a short 15 minute drive south of Athens, GA. Allow us to host your dream destination wedding. We like to think of ourselves as the best kept secret in Georgia. The five acre Ashford Estate, overlooking Watkinsville's venerable Main Street, had been in the same family for over 100 years. Completely surrounded and secluded by a border of magnolias, red buds and pines, the 1893 Victorian manor house, cottage, gazebo and four acres of landscaped gardens all terrace down to a pool and open woods and creek beyond. We are walking distance to antique shops and art galleries of local fine and folk art talent.
