A Headline of Fluff and Fringe was started by Jessica Frame as just a fun hobby and she found it was more than that. Jessica started making hairpieces for herself and friends and even her puppy, Coco Chanel. She loves the way a little hair piece can change your whole day because of admirers and just how fun they are. She enjoys being creative and using her creativeness to make these fun pieces. Jessica is a graduate of IADT with a degree in Fashion Design. She loves to experiment with different designs of hair accessories and loves making custom pieces for everyone!!
