Located in downtown Ogden The 5th Floor is an ideal location for both the traditional and nontraditional wedding celebration. This unique natural brick loft it is one of Ogden's most historic, with its architectural beauty that has surrounding window views of the mountains and the city. The space has industrial metal accents mixed with a clean modern feel. Giving you a blank canvas to create your dream wedding!

Q: How many square feet does the space have?
A: There is 3700 sq ft. of natural brick with surrounding windows, and 20 ft ceilings.
Q: How many guests can I invite to my event?
A: Recommended guest list no more than 300 people. Subject to change based upon layout.
Q: What time will pros (like the florist and DJ) be able to set up?
A: booking is 8 hours for a wedding/reception, just reception 5 hour, corporate events 2-3 hours.
Q: Will there be a setup, cleanup, overtime and any other fees?
A: Your 8 hour rental needs to include the setup, event, and cleanup done by guest or planners. If you need any additional time for setup, take down, or extra cleaning done by the venue, there will be an additional hourly fee.
Q: Approximate number of guests and number of tables to be set up (include a floor plan if possible)
A: Your rental includes 50 chairs and 6 tables. Additional chairs and tables can be rented through vendors.
Q: Do I have to use the preferred vendor list?
A: As we build our vendor list we welcome and are excited to meet new vendors. However, vendors not on approved list must have proof of insurance and are subject to a buyout fee.
Q: Will there be staff present at the event?
A: Yes, each event is provided a host for the duration of the event
