Zoey's Catering is a spin-off of Cleo's Seafood in Ventnor, NJ. Many of our customers asked if we could provide off site catering. With Mike's great culinary skills....and Christine's history of event planning and catering.....we decided to do this "as a favor" to some of our most loyal of customers. The word spread fast...and before we knew it, our weekends were booked with catering events. We have done tons of lobster bakes, birthdays, anniversaries and have had the pleasure of catering several shore weddings. We have also slowly accumulated our tools and our resources......including some incredible servers, bartenders, DJs, bakers and off-site cooks. Mike has also perfected some dishes that would make your mouth water. He has been loving using his skills to their full potential. We set a standard from the beginning.....if we are going to do this, we are going to do it spectacularly.
We have had so much fun with everyone that we created "Zoey's Catering" (named after our daughter). We chose Zoey, because this really is about family and good times. We take the time with you....and get to know you in your course of planning. We don't just want to know what you are having for dinner.....but.....what your theme is, what colors you will be using and what kind of people will be at your event. We don't just bring delicious, eye popping food......we bring atmosphere. We are professionals.....yet, the host will know that we are looking at the details they thought of for days or weeks. If you opt to have servers...we won't leave until your kitchen is clean, the dishes are done, your grill is off, the trash is out.....and if your guests are gone before we are...we'll even vacuume for you. We want you to enjoy your day.....and really leave the rest to us. Our services and food are all a la carte. You will not see any packages on our site....except maybe some "theme" menu examples. This gives you the option to spend what you like.....and to make your own event. We promise that we are fair. You will have no surprises on the day of your event (except the good kind).
