World Renown Entertainment consist of two professionally trained DJ's: Jamaal and Pete. We have been in service for over 10 years throughout DC, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania and the East Coast. We started at house parties in middle school. By the time we graduated high school we had done over 500 parties including school dances and would venture to college. In college, we both got to DJ the various clubs/bars at our prospective universities. Soon after college a good friend was getting married and asked us to DJ their wedding and World Renown Entertainment was born in 2000. As more friends got married, we gained valuable experience on how to smoothly run a wedding reception and coordinate with the event coordinator, the photographer/s and the guests. Since 2000, we have entertained family members & guests at over 300 weddings.Our commitment to our clients is to provide top notch quality entertainment. We believe that a wedding is one of the most memorable days of your life and the planning of such an event, should be enjoyable and stress free. We work closely with you to decide on the perfect music for your special day. If you're looking for a talkative, taking all the attention, overly excited "cheesy" DJ, then we are not for you! We believe that a wedding is one of the most memorable days of your life and all the attention should be on you! The photographers are there for you not the DJ. We have a laid back style which allows you to remain in the spot light but at the same time we keep the dance floor packed all night!
