From our broad experience we know that trusted and reliable event coordination is the foundation of an extraordinary event. It will provide you with a sense of security and reassurance that your event is produced flawlessly. Our priority is to ensure that your vision for this momentous day comes to life and that everything runs as smoothly as possible. Prior to your wedding day we will meet with you twice, at your venue, and review all the details of your day. During the planning process, we are always available to you. Whether it's advice, a vendor recommendation, bouncing an idea past us or if you just want to chat! From there we organize a timeline and we are onsite to direct all aspects of your wedding. Our professional team is there to greet and direct vendors, and coordinate all aspects of your day. We want to be your voice so that you can relax and enjoy the day. Optional pricing and service solutions can be designed to meet your individual needs. For some well prepared clients with budget constraints, we have modified our services in order to meet their needs. Others require additional services including full-service planning.
