I am Kim Buie, a wedding officiant who is legally qualified to perform wedding ceremonies, as well as pre-marital counseling, baptisms, funerals, vow renewals, affirmations of love, commitment ceremonies, etc…in central Illinois I possess various degrees pertaining to the ministry business including Doctor of the Universe, Doctor of Motivation, Doctor of Divinity, and Doctor of Metaphysics, all of which are honorary degrees, not educational although I did have to study for and take the tests.
