Birchtree Catering focuses on local, seasonal ingredients and custom menus cooked fresh for each event, and thoughtful event design that showcases each client's tastes. With a design department that works closely with the kitchen, we ensure that style, presentation and service are an integral part of the event. From centerpieces to rental items to day-of details, we can help plan, design and coordinate your entire event with personalized packages that are just right for you and your guests. Through intimate tastings and constant communication, we enjoy making each client a priority and crafting menus and decor ideas that reflect your individuality. Every wedding we cater is completely unique, personal, and captures the special moments that are important to each couple. We believe the entire planning process should be as fun (and delicious) as the day itself, and Birchtree can guide you through each step. We love tailoring menus to incorporate favorite dishes, family recipes, or cultural themes important to each event. All of our dishes are made in-house and from whole ingredients, including all breads, condiments, jams and sauces. We'll show you some seasonal sample menus, and then Chef Rasa is happy to customize as much or as little as you'd like. Our custom design packages include items such as unique lighting, signage for ceremony and reception, hand-built structures like chuppahs and arches, printed menus and escort cards, hand-dyed linen napkins and table runners, and day-of styling with our vintage and modern props. Our floral packages include everything from simple centerpieces to full bouquet, ceremony and reception decor.
