Since becoming a Justice of the Peace, I have been an active member of the Massachusetts Justices of the Peace Association, Inc. (www.mjpa.org). I have served as its President from July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2011. I currently serve on the Executive Board as an elected Director until June 30, 2015. Most recently I served on the Executive Board as the Immediate Past President from July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. Previously, I served as Secretary of the Executive Committee for 2 years. Through this process, I will write a ceremony that honors your story and incorporates whatever other traditions, rituals and people you would like. You ultimately have the final say, with the right to edit and change the ceremony as many times as it takes until the ceremony captures your essence and lays the foundation for the future you will build with your intended.
