We can even help you find the right professional to help you. From photographers to wedding coordinators, from DJ's to florists we can help point you in the right direction. CRS has wedding officiates who are experienced in helping couples from many different backgrounds create a wedding that will become... The Wedding of Your Dreams! Rev. Bill Crandall, founder of CRS received a B. A. in Christian Ministry from Anaheim Christian College in Anaheim, CA. He has served as an intern Pastor and has worked in a variety of church ministries including: worship, blended family, single parents, divorce recovery, and bereavement ministries. Along with his wife and children, he is involved at Mission Hills Church, San Marcos, CA. His ordination is recognized by St. Matthew Ecumenical Catholic Church in Orange County. Rev. Crandall has been active in wedding ministry since 1990. In 1996 he started Plans of the Heart Ministries with the goal of helping couples experience an intimate and unique wedding ceremony. He has been involved in all aspects of the wedding experience from planning to coordination. In 2002 CRS was created to meet the growing need for wedding officiates in Southern California. Currently he is a member of Fabulous Events in Riverside, Fleur de Lis Wedding Assoc. in Upland, N.A.C.E. (National Association of Catering Executives), Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Assoc. of Bridal Consultants (ABC) and is a member of San Diego Wedding Association.
